Packages can be opened after you receive it. In case of refusal to receive the order, please pay the shipping fee according to your governorate.

- In Egypt: shipping time and fees vary depending on the location, ranging from 4-7 days.

- The courier will contact you before delivering, so please be sure to answer your phone.

EXCHANGE & REFUND

Exchanges and refunds are valid within 14 days of receiving the order. Items must be in their original condition and the tags attached.

Exchange and refund fees are the same as delivery fees and are charged on the client.

- Please note that CASE STELLA has the right to refuse accepting returned items if used and if without original packaging condition.
